Development and Coordination of Research Projects
Aval Serviços Tecnológicas also works in the development and coordination of research projects in the area of beef cattle. In this process, private companies in the livestock sector and research institutions are involved, forming a research and extension tripod.
In addition to pioneering the development of the ultrasound carcass evaluation protocol for zebu, since 2007, in yet another unprecedented initiative in Brazil, Aval coordinates food efficiency projects using the Residual Food Consumption (CAR) parameter.
In recent years, the company was also responsible for preparing 9 master's and doctoral dissertations, collaborating with national and international universities.
